Extraction of aluminum shavings on a bandsaw
Cyclone filter system with a clean air fan, which can be switched by means of a frequency above 3 steps to the vacuum of 3 bandsaws.
On the band saws aluminum castings are cut.
The chips are sucked by 4 detection points and supplied to the filter.
The filter is made, the deposit safe the chips is possible.
The chips fall without pressure via a Gusszellenradschleuse in a bucket.
The filtered air is, a silencer such as a bore outlet supplied through the clean air fan the operation.
The cleaning of the filter is done during operation by compressed air technology.
